Elements - A Six Day Yoganu Experience

A 5 day (6 night) themed naked yoga retreat at the beautiful gay-run Finca la Maroma, SPAIN.

Saturday 5th May - Friday 11th May 2012

During the retreat we will explore the elements and look at ways that we may use their unique qualities to help us with our yoga practise and our relationship to others. Each element will have its own day. Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space. The retreat will combine yoga, meditation, breath work, massage and ritual.

 

Richard George will guide the retreat.

• Early morning meditation
• 2 hour morning Tantric Yoga session (includes partner work and relaxation)
• Afternoon/ Evening Delights (massage / restorative yoga)
• Ritual ceremony
• Delicious home cooked vegetarian meals
• Use of heated pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna
• 6 nights accommodation (based on 2 sharing a double studio)

Finca la Maroma is a stunning new gay resort in Andalucia, Spain. Superbly located 50 km from Malaga, the guesthouse offers 6 luxurious self-contained studio apartments in a 300-year-old finca, surrounded by olive groves, almond trees, grapevines, and breathtaking 360 degree views. The sense of space, tranquility and freedom offered by the secluded location makes it the perfect place for relaxing, recharging, and reconnecting with life's essential elements.

Participants arrive on Saturday 5th May, (BEFORE 6PM)

The workshop begins on Sunday morning Departure Friday 11th May after breakfast.

There is an option to stay for 2 extra nights and relax over the weekend! Rate per person for the week:
6 night / breakfast + 6 Evening Meal + 5 Lunch + yoga training + Use of heated pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna. = 600 Euros

Additional weekend stay (2 nights) offered at 20% discount rate per studio (ie 68 EUR per studio per night + 8%IVA)
