A 5 day themed yoganu retreat at the beautiful gay-run Le Vieux Donjon, just one hour south of Paris. Le Vieux Donjon is run by Fred, Luis and Serge who are the most welcoming of hosts. The food is delicious and the surroundings beautiful.
During the retreat you will be guided on a sacred journey along the yellow brick road. Meeting and deepening your relationship to The Brain, The heart, Courage, and finally confronting the internal Wicked Witch! Realising that the power to do this lies within you all the time!
Giving you the tools to explore these concepts in order to find your true authentic self; Enhancing your yoga practise and deepening your relationship to other men.
The retreat will combine nude yoga, meditation, breath work, massage and tribal ritual and lots of fun!
Richard George (UK) will guide the retreat in English.

Participants arrive on Sunday 21st July, afternoon for dinner.
The workshop starts on Monday morning at 8am for meditation. Followed by breakfast and morning yoga session from 10am to 12:30 noon / lunch.
Relax, pool and haman / yoga resumes 4.30pm to 6.00pm and some evenings.
Departure Friday 26th July afternoon.
There is an option to stay for two extra nights and relax over the weekend and process the work your body has done!

Finca la Maroma and Yoganu offer this special 5 day / 6 night naked yoga retreat with daily yoga, meditation, and massage, in a clothing-optional environment.

During this year's retreat we will be looking at the core muscles and the role they play in obtaining our own sense of power. Over the 5 days you will be expertly guided through a process to learn the importance of looking within, understanding the role of the solar plexus and the core of your being; in order to then expand outwards and connect to others. The retreat will combine yoga, partner yoga, meditation, breath work,massage and movement.
Richard George of Yoganu (yoga teacher / body therapist) will guide the retreat.
